Fits my schwinn trike
Let me start by saying you’ll have to remove the grips/brake handles from one side of your handle bar to get it off your old stem and to put it through this new one But aside from that, this stem is exactly what I needed! I’ve started bike riding with my dogs every day, and an extra dog along with them 3x a week, so I’m spending a lot of time on my new Schwinn Trike. It already has the drop handle bars but since I got the larger model trike (in case my dad wanted to use it) I felt like I had to really lean forward to be able to reach the brakes easily and it wasn’t as comfortable. Now I’m able to raise the seat and still be able to sit more upright and easily reach brake handles.

    Pretty Solid. The 40mm one is not large enough to put a drop or bullhorn handlebar through. It cannot handle the curves of a thicker bar.

    The slimmer one from my 1980s Fuji did for however, but it's not what I am using for this bike.

    I'd suggest measuring the diameter of the bar and leaving a lot of extra space so you can manage to wiggle it through.
