1. Place the cleat and cleat joints on the sole and temporarily tighten them with the cleat screw.
2.After the cleat is temporarily fixed, it is necessary to repeatedly engage and release the cleat to determine the proper final position, tighten the screws using the included 4mm Hexwrench.
3.Press the cleat into the pedal with the rear wheel. For our safety, before you are proficient in using pedals and bicycle cleats, practice as much as possible in a safe area.
