With the release of Shimano’s new XT group comes updated pedals as well. Though these cross-country oriented pedals aren’t vastly different than the previous generation, that’s a good thing, because they were already really good to begin with. What has changed is a slightly wider platform for better stability under your riding shoes, as well as an offset binding that improves mud-shedding capabilities.
