It mounts easily to your bike rack with Velcro straps and it’s made of 600 denier nylon which is resistant to tearing, scuffing, ripping, puncturing, and water, plus it’s lined with EDF backing for added water resistance. In extreme cases, there’s always the rain cover which will totally waterproof your stuff. The large main compartment comes with removable dividers so you can organize, plus a mesh pocket on one end for keys, phone, whatevah.
