    I was very reluctant with purchasing this bag, but it was great decision. The bag is sturdy, has nice shape, is not too bulky and provides a lot of room. Side panniers are not too big but very convenient. It is also very easy to install/remove thanks to Velcro straps. I use it for everyday commute. Main compartment easily stores pump, extra tube, some misc. accessories.

    I love this bag, fits what I need it to fit. One of the zippers was not working properly and the seller replaced it without problem. I really like the customer service, and this is a great bag for the price. I love the zip out paniers, we go shopping and I open them and put our good in there. It's nice to not have to have a giant bag on the back of the bike all the time, but the extra storage option is great!

    The bag stands up well and has good capacity. But my problem is the zippers, they are cheap and poor quality I've ordered 2 bags. On the first bag, after a week of light use,the zipper on the side bag refused to move so I returned it. On the second bag I had the same problem. I've just decided to live with it.
