How to install it:

3. There are three concentric plastic inserts or “shims” that are inside the rack’s mounting hole. Use as many of these as you can fit in order to create a tight fit between the rack and the seat post.

4. Cargo rack slid onto the post, tighten the bolts until the rack doesn’t move at all and then reattach your seat to the seat post
